Shipped in 2 boxes on a pallet so no damage was done. Easy assembly was able to do it alone. Definitely need at least 2 people to move once it is all put together. Built to last!

The grill was easy to put together (with some help). It is large enough to sit comfortably but small enough to fit in a corner of my yard without taking up needed play area fir my family.
Above all, the grilled food was cooked easily and well because of the design which individualizes heat needs depending on the food item.

Love my Jag Grill. It is so amazing to have family and friends over and be able to cook our own food outside using a charcoal grill. There is nothing like the taste on a charcoal grill. Also the colder nights down here in Florida are great using the fire pit. I would highly recommend a Jag Grill for anyone.

Since purchasing the Jag Eight we have had event after event in which we sit around and laugh and enjoy the company of one another. The grill gives us a gathering point that is otherwise missing in many family and social gatherings. With the focus on cooking the memories are made in the conversations. It is now to the point where our children that have homes of their own invite their friends over to our home to grill. It has proven to be a huge benefit to our family.

Despite missing one knob for one of my tables because it’s stripped along with the nut, my family was still able to enjoy sitting firm together and each one grilling their own food. We have a had our Jag 8 since 2014 in storage before we built our lake house in 2015/ 2016, upon opening our boxes to assemble them - we were short 1 piece of the side steel wall.
We contacted them and they sent us 2 new ones (Old version and newer version) at no charge. We offered to send the extra one back and they said don't worry about it
We had great times and use out of our Jag 8, we even demoed an old gas grill and made a Pizza oven out of it

Bought the Jagg 8 last autumn and shipped to Canada. Best grill ever. Family and friends enjoy their own cooking. We are the envy of the neighbourhood. Customer support was very helpful in resolving issues. Btw I think I'm the only Jagg grill owner in my city :).

I love my Jag Grill! I've got 5 kids; so it's really fun to be able to get this set up and have the whole family eating together.
Typically, we'll put the coals in front of my wife and I and the older kids. We just leave it cold in front of the younger kids. This allows people to grill their own food.
We do the same thing when entertaining. It's a show stopper and people love it!
After we're done grilling, we push the coals into the middle, toss some logs on top and then we'll have a nice bonfire s'more's, etc.
This grill is a guaranteed crowd pleaser!

Excellent for everyone but especially for family with children. Is not nice that, each child and each person grills himself his food at his pleasure and tastes? My family loves it and I do recommend each one of you to have one on your back yard.
