These Terms of Service govern your use of JagGrill.com and purchases made directly from JAG Grills.
Throughout these Terms, “JAG Grills,” “JAG,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JAG Grills.
By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional policies referenced on our website, including our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.
1. Orders
When you place an order through JagGrill.com, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will accept or fulfill it.
We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Inventory errors
- Incorrect pricing
- Suspected fraud
- Payment problems
- Shipping restrictions
- Incorrect customer information
- Technical errors
- Orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the cancelled amount.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
The price that applies to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, except in the case of an obvious pricing, technical, or system error.

3. U.S. Shipping
Standard shipping for JAG Grill orders to the continental United States is free unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Some products ship by parcel carrier and larger products may ship by freight carrier.
Freight deliveries may require:

- Scheduling with the carrier
- Someone to be available to receive the shipment
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, freight terminals, remote locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
4. Shipping to Canada
Standard shipping to Canada is $250, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Canadian customers may also be responsible for applicable:

- Taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Customs charges
- Other government-imposed charges
These charges are separate from JAG's shipping charge unless they are specifically shown as included at checkout.
International delivery times may vary because of customs processing and carrier availability.
5. Shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe
Standard shipping to the United Kingdom and supported European destinations is $450, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
Customers may also be responsible for applicable:
- VAT
- Import duties
- Customs charges
- Brokerage fees
- Other government fees
These charges are separate from the JAG shipping charge unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.
International transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier scheduling, and local delivery conditions.
6. Other International Destinations
If your country is not listed as a supported shipping destination at checkout, contact us at:

We are not required to ship to every country or location.
7. Delivery
Please provide an accurate:

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address or contact information provided was incorrect, additional carrier or redelivery charges may apply.
For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule delivery.
8. Inspecting Your Shipment
Please inspect your shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you see damage to the packaging or product, take photographs before discarding the packaging.

- The box, carton, or pallet
- Visible shipping damage
- The shipping label
- The damaged product or component

Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
9. 30-Day Returns
We want customers to be able to receive a JAG Grill and determine whether it is right for them.
For eligible purchases made directly through JagGrill.com, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
You may open the package and inspect the product.
Opening the package does not automatically make the product ineligible for return.
If you receive your JAG Grill, inspect it, and decide that it is not for you, contact us.
For eligible returns within the continental United States, JAG Grills will cover the return shipping cost.
Returned products should include all included:
- Parts
- Hardware
- Accessories
- Components
We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging until you are certain you are keeping the grill.
Products damaged through misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper handling, or other circumstances beyond normal inspection may not qualify for a full refund.

10. Starting a Return
Do not ship a JAG Grill back without contacting us first.

- Photos if requested
Because JAG Grills are large products, we may need to coordinate the appropriate return carrier and shipping method.
11. Refunds
Once an authorized return is received, we will inspect it.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your JAG Grill arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing components
- Different from what you ordered

You will not be charged return shipping for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect order.

If you purchase a JAG product from:

- A reseller
- A marketplace
- Another third party
that seller's return and refund policy generally applies.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, measurements, photographs, and other information are accurate.

Use the product only as intended and follow all safety instructions supplied with your JAG Grill.
You are responsible for using your JAG Grill in accordance with:

Do not leave an active grill or fire unattended.
Keep children, pets, combustible materials, and other hazards an appropriate distance from hot surfaces and open flame.
JAG Grills should be used only in appropriate outdoor environments unless a specific product is expressly approved for another use.
17. Product Modifications
Do not modify a JAG Grill in a way that could affect its structural integrity, fire safety, or intended operation.
JAG Grills is not responsible for problems caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, or use contrary to product instructions.
