Jag Grills 2-Year Limited Warranty

Jag Grills stands behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty explains the warranty coverage provided for Jag grills and what we will do if a covered problem occurs.
1. Warranty Coverage
Jag Grills warrants to the original retail purchaser that a new Jag grill will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of delivery.
This warranty applies to Jag grills purchased directly from JagGrill.com or from an authorized Jag Grills dealer or reseller.
Reasonable proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty service.
2. What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship affecting the normal operation, structural integrity, or intended function of the grill, including covered defects involving:
- structural steel components and frame
- welds, brackets, supports, and legs
- grilling and fire-pit components
- grill racks and other factory-supplied metal components
- factory-supplied hardware
- wood tabletop components where the problem results from a defect in materials or workmanship rather than normal outdoor exposure, weathering, use, or maintenance
Cosmetic variations that are inherent to natural materials or normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects unless they materially affect the safe or intended use of the product.
3. What Jag Grills Will Do
If Jag Grills determines that a problem is covered by this Limited Warranty, we will, at our discretion:
- provide a replacement part;
- repair or arrange for repair of the affected component;
- replace the affected product; or
- provide another appropriate remedy, including a refund where replacement or repair is not reasonably practical.
When a problem can reasonably be corrected by replacing an individual component, Jag Grills may provide the replacement component rather than replacing the entire grill.
For approved warranty claims within the continental United States, Jag Grills will cover the standard shipping cost of replacement parts supplied under this warranty.
Customers outside the continental United States should contact us regarding replacement-part shipping arrangements, which may vary by destination.
4. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by circumstances other than a defect in materials or workmanship, including:
- ordinary wear and tear;
- improper assembly or failure to follow supplied assembly instructions;
- damage occurring while moving, transporting, storing, handling, or assembling the product after delivery;
- misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, impact, dropping, or excessive force;
- unauthorized modification or alteration of the product;
- use of the product contrary to supplied instructions or its intended purpose;
- improper fuel, fire, or heat use;
- failure to reasonably clean, maintain, or protect the product;
- damage caused by floods, severe weather, natural disasters, fire originating outside the product, animals, or other external causes;
- scratches, dents, chips, stains, or other cosmetic damage occurring after delivery;
- normal heat-related discoloration of metal;
- normal surface oxidation, patina, or cosmetic corrosion resulting from outdoor exposure;
- normal fading, discoloration, checking, grain variation, or weathering of natural wood;
- damage caused by chemicals, cleaners, coatings, stains, finishes, or other products not suitable for the material;
- commercial, rental, restaurant, institutional, or other non-residential use unless Jag Grills has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Normal cosmetic aging that does not materially affect the safe operation or intended function of the product is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Damage caused by a third-party part, repair, modification, or service is not covered to the extent that the third-party product, repair, modification, or service caused the damage.
5. Shipping Damage, Missing Parts, and Incorrect Orders
Damage that occurs during shipping is handled separately from ordinary warranty claims.
Please inspect your shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you notice damage to the product or packaging, photograph:
- the box, carton, or pallet;
- the damaged product or component;
- any visible damage to the packaging; and
- the shipping label, when available.
If your Jag is delivered by an LTL freight carrier and visible damage is present at delivery, please note the damage on the bill of lading with the driver before signing for the shipment.
Keep the packaging until the issue has been resolved.
If your grill arrives damaged, defective, missing components, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at:
Depending on the circumstances, Jag Grills may provide replacement parts, replace the product, coordinate a return, or issue a refund.
Customers will not be charged return shipping for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect order.
6. If You Notice a Problem During Assembly
If a component appears damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not fit as expected during assembly, stop assembly and contact Jag Grills before continuing.
Continuing to force, modify, drill, bend, cut, or otherwise alter a component after a problem becomes apparent may cause additional damage that is not covered by this Limited Warranty.

7. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, email:
Please provide:
- your name;
- your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase;
- the Jag model you own;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs or video showing the affected component; and
- any additional information reasonably necessary for us to understand the issue.
Jag Grills may request additional photographs, measurements, or information when reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.
Please do not return an entire grill or any large component unless Jag Grills instructs you to do so. Because Jag products are large and may require freight transportation, we may need to coordinate the appropriate carrier or shipping method.
8. Replacement Parts
Replacement parts supplied under this Limited Warranty may be new or functionally equivalent replacement components.
If an original component is no longer available, Jag Grills may substitute a compatible component of comparable function and quality.
Unless Jag Grills agrees otherwise in writing in advance, this warranty does not cover third-party labor charges, installation charges, assembly or disassembly charges, or other services performed by someone other than Jag Grills.
9. Accessories and Separately Warranted Products
This Limited Warranty applies to the Jag grill itself.
Certain accessories or components may have a different warranty period that is specifically stated on the applicable product page, packaging, or product documentation.
Where Jag Grills expressly provides a separate warranty for an accessory or component, the terms of that specific warranty control for that accessory or component.
10. Returns Are Separate From This Warranty
This Limited Warranty is separate from the Jag Grills Refund & Return Policy.
Customers who wish to return a product because they have decided it is not right for them should follow the return terms and procedures published on JagGrill.com.
A return request does not need to involve a warranty defect, and a warranty claim does not reduce any rights a customer may have under the applicable Refund & Return Policy.
11. Purchases From Dealers or Resellers
If your Jag was purchased from an authorized Jag Grills dealer or reseller, you may be asked to provide proof of purchase showing the original retailer and purchase date.
The retailer's own return and refund policies are separate from this Limited Warranty.
12. Limitation of Remedies
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jag Grills' responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to the remedies described in this warranty.
Jag Grills is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from a covered product defect, except where applicable law does not permit such exclusions or limitations.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. State Law Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
