We ship domestic and international orders every week. For a quick shipping quote, please email us at shipping@jaggrill.com.
Shipments within the Continental USA typically arrive in 3-5 days. International orders take 8-10 days to arrive, though this may be increased due to your country's customs processing.
Within the continental USA and Canada, we ship via LTL Freight. For international orders, we use Air Freight. If you are receiving the JAG Grill at a residential location, our logistics partner will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery appointment
Returns and Exchanges

We have a no-questions-asked return policy! If you are not happy with your JAG Grill for ANY REASON, just email us (info@jaggrill.com), and we will contact you to arrange a pick-up and a refund. **Not applicable on Final-Sale Orders**

Yes, it typically takes 30-45 minutes (JAG Six) or 60-90 minutes (JAG Eight) to assemble. For $200, our installation partner will come to your house to set-up your JAG Grill.

JAG Grills are exclusively sold online at this time.
