We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping to the main 48 states is always free. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere internationally will require a shipping quote. Please email us help@jaggrill.com for a quote today.

Shipments within the main 48 states typically arrive in 3-8 days. International orders take up to 14 days to arrive, though this may be increased due to your country's customs processing. 

Within the United States and Canada, we ship via LTL freight for the Jag 8 and UPS or FedEx for the Jag 4 and Jag 6. For international orders, we use air freight. If you are receiving the Jag 8 at a residential location, our logistics partner will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery appointment.

We have a no questions asked return policy. If you are not happy with your Jag Grill for any reason, then email us at help@jaggrill.com and we will arrange a pickup and will refund you once the gril is returned in resellable condition.

If shipped by common LTL carrier, then the damage must be noted by on the bill of lading with the driver. If shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground, then simply contact us to report the damage and we will either exchange the grill or setup a return for a refund.

Yes, it typically takes 30-45 minutes for the Jag 4 or Jag 6 and 60-90 minutes for the Jag 8 to fully assemble. For $250, our installation partner will come to your house to assemble your Jag Grill for you.

We rarely run promotions, but do offer discounted pricing to balance inventory. We also offer discounts for large projects that require multiple grills.

Jag Grills are exclusively sold online at this time.
