S'mores Cooked on Grilling Tables
Oh yeah...you heard us. Grilled s'mores!!!
We can't think of a childhood camping memory that did not include s'mores cooked on the campfire. Granted, most people do it with a marshmallow on a stick, and then juggle the graham cracker and chocolate while you try and put it all together (hopefully without dropping a big sweet gooey mass into the dirt).
Cooking s'mores while fire pit grilling makes a whole new level of s'more.
Here's what you need when using grilling tables to make s'mores:
- 4 graham crackers, halved
- Honey Maid Graham Crackers Regular
- 1 ounce bar semisweet chocolate, broken into 4 pieces
- 4 large marshmallows
- A jaw-dropping JAG Grill table
Set up your fire pit with grill for indirect cooking over medium heated bed of coals. Place 8 graham-cracker halves on cooler side of grill. Top 4 halves with chocolate and 4 with marshmallows. Cover the graham crackers on your fire pit grill and cook until chocolate melts and marshmallows soften (appx 3 to 5 minutes). Put the two halves together to make your s'more sandwiches and serve immediately.
Last, experience the pride you'll feel from all the Ooo's and Ahh's as people gobble up your firepit bbq scrumptious creations.
